GenAI Accelerator Program

The GenAI Accelerator Program is an initiative designed to help 无码专区 departments and teams quickly and effectively adopt artificial intelligence into their workflows. The program empowers the university to co-create an impactful, sustainable, and AI-enabled workforce that keeps our university at the forefront of technological innovation.

By participating in the GenAI Accelerator Program, teams will gain expert guidance and the tools necessary to transform their daily operations and develop skills essential for navigating a rapidly changing digital landscape.

Program Objectives

We are committed to integrating AI into the fabric of our everyday work through several key objectives:

  • Fast-Track AI Adoption: Quickly bringing AI tools into campus departments to provide immediate benefits.
  • Smart Prioritization: Identifying and focusing on the projects that will most improve services and functions.
  • Educate the Workforce: Providing targeted, contextually-relevant training designed to enhance the skills and professional capabilities of our staff in a meaningful way.
  • Custom Solutions: Developing and launching specific AI use-cases tailored to the unique needs of each department using enterprise AI solutions, custom-built AI solutions, and developing proofs-of-concept and prototypes.
  • Long-Term Success: Creating a solid foundation so that departments can manage and grow their AI capabilities independently in the future.
  • Decentralized AI Expertise: Integrating AI capabilities campus-wide by building local pillars of expertise, moving beyond a centralized support model.

Coming Soon: GenAI Ambassador Program

The GenAI Ambassador Program is an initiative to embed local AI expertise across campus by providing targeted AI training to select 无码专区 staff. These "ambassadors" will bridge the gap between advanced tech and practical, local application, serving as knowledgeable resources on their teams.

Ambassador Program participants receive access to additional, Generative AI training and tools to support their teams, early access to AI announcements, access to pre-release capabilities for testing, a micro-credential, and other AI resources. 

Ambassadors are sourced via nominations, individual inquiry, the Centers of Excellence, Communities of Practice, and directly through the AI Accelerator Program.

Complete to express interest and stay in the loop. 

What We Deliver

Each participating division receives a personalized suite of resources, including:

  • AI Maturity Assessment: A look at your current capabilities and where you can grow.
  • AI Solutions & Proofs-of-Concept: Expert assistance with defining business requirements and specifications for advanced AI tooling needs; limited prototypes and proofs-of-concept based on those specifications.
  • Applied AI Frameworks & Tools: Expert assistance with planning, designing, and building AI-Enabled workflows using enterprise AI tools, frameworks, and resources.
  • Strategic AI Roadmap: A clear plan for your department’s AI journey, including a list of opportunities your team can implement after graduating from the Accelerator Program.

How the Program Works

The program moves through four clear phases to take a division from its initial vision to full, independent management of its AI tools:

Phase 1: Initiation, Discovery & Executive Buy-In

We host workshops with leadership to align on a vision, identify opportunities, and commit to the project.

Phase 2: Enablement & Readiness

  • Enablement: We deliver GenerativeAI training for your teams to build confidence and embed ethical and responsible habits.
  • Readiness: We work with your teams to document current-state workflows and datasets/ data flows to prepare for integration with AI-supported workflows.

Phase 3: Solution/Workflow Design & Development (Cyclical / Iterative)

Our team works with yours to design, build, and test custom AI workflows and solutions.

Phase 4: Stewardship, Strategic Advising & Handoff

We provide a final Strategic AI Roadmap, formalize support agreements, and designate one or more AI Ambassador before handing the keys over to your division for long-term management.

  • AI Ambassador Selection: Nominate one or more members from your team to become a local AI expert and leader in your domain as an AI Ambassador. They will receive additional training and resources to provide ongoing support to your team.
