Host an Information Session - Virtual or On-Campus

School Breaks when On-Campus Information Sessions are not available*:
Fall 2026: October 12th - 16th, November 25th - 27th, December 7th - January 4th
Spring 2027: March 8th - 12th, April 15th - 16th

*Hosting on-campus events from August 24th to September 11th is only available to our Student Career Sponsors. If you’d like to visit campus during this time, please consider becoming a Student Career Sponsor and get access to the many other benefits the sponsorship offers.
*Hosting an on-campus event during the week of September 14th is only available to Student Career Sponsors or attendees of our career fairs that week. Please consider attending a career fair or Student Career Sponsorship to host an event on campus during this time.

How to request an Information Session
Information sessions are requested in . Event requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Requests are approved as long as there are no conflicts, i.e. competing companies which have been approved and/or unavailable time slots. We avoid scheduling sessions during class breaks, career fairs and finals week. Please see the Academic Calendar for class schedules.

Fees
Virtual requests - There are no fees associated with holding a virtual information session at 无码专区.

On-campus requests - Fees do apply. You'll complete an event order form to reserve an event room, place catering orders and AV order requests.  A staff member will contact you regarding your event contract, logistics and fees.
